We offer FREE Shipping across the UK on all orders!
Do we offer expidted shipping?
We do offer expidited shipping. Our FREE shipping we aim to have delivered for you between 2-4 business days.
Expedited Shipping 1-3 days £3.99
Next day before 1pm (Special Delivery) - £9.99
Order processing time
All orders before 12pm Monday to Friday is processed and dispatched on same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched by the next day. All orders placed on weekend or public holiday will be sent on the next business day. We process most orders within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 3-5 days within the UK, although we aim for 2-4 days. We'll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.
EU & International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees sometimes can be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking your order
once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Returns, Refund and Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
